The agreement
By using Floe, you agree to these terms withArisyn Studios. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13, and at least 16 where your country sets a higher age for using digital services on your own. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
Our privacy policy explains how data is handled, and it is part of this agreement.
Your account
You need an account for tasks, focus and AI. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Use real information. One person, one account: do not share an account or resell access.
Your content
Your tasks, notes, journal pages, mood check-ins and messages areyours. We claim no ownership of them.
You give us permission to store, copy and process that content for one purpose: to run Floe for you. That includes syncing it to your other devices, and sending one AI turn to a model provider when you ask for an answer. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in a backup for the short window described in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for what you put in Floe. Do not upload something you have no right to store.
AI answers
Floe AI is a draft machine. It reads what you wrote and proposes a plan, a task or a reply. It can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken.
- It is not advice. Not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For those, talk to a qualified person.
- You approve what happens. An AI proposal changes your day only when you accept it. Check the time, the day and the reminder before you do.
- Alarms and reminders are best effort. They depend on your phone, its battery settings, and the operating system's alarms. Do not rely on Floe for anything where a missed alarm would cause harm.
- Do not put secrets in a prompt. Passwords, card numbers and other people's private information do not belong in a message.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or plan to.
- Harm, threaten or impersonate someone.
- Try to make the AI produce content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual involving minors.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or work around the app's limits and rate limits.
- Resell Floe, or present it as your own.
- Upload malware, or attack the service or another person's account.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable, we tell you why first.
Floe Pro and billing
Floe has a free tier and a paid one. The paid features are shown in the app before you buy. The price, the period and any trial are shown on the purchase screen, in your own currency.
- Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown, unless you cancel at least24 hours before the period ends.
- The charge. The store charges your account within 24 hours before each renewal.
- Cancelling. Cancel in the store you bought it from: Settings on iPhone, Play Store on Android. Deleting the app or yourFloe account does not cancel it. Steps are on thebilling page.
- Refunds. The store handles refunds under its own rules. We cannot issue one directly, but we will help you ask.
- Price changes. If the price changes, we tell you before it applies, and the store asks for your consent where it must.
- Taxes. The store adds and collects any tax it is required to.
- Lifetime or invite access. Access granted by an invite, a founding place or support is personal, has no cash value, and is not a subscription.
The free trial
If a trial is offered, it lasts the number of days shown on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel before it ends, it turns into a paid subscription at the price shown. One trial per person. If you have had a trial before, the store may not offer another.
Apple and Google
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores have their own terms, and they apply as well as these. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and have no obligation to support Floe.
On iPhone, Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app, except where these terms say more.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Floe running, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may change or remove a feature. If a change takes away something you paid for, we tell you in advance and, where it is fair, we refund the unused part through the store.
We may update these terms. A material change is announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Floe after that means you accept the new terms.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: delete your account in the app, or on thedeletion page. Cancel any subscription separately in the store.
We may end this agreement if you break it, or if we stop offeringFloe. Where we can, we give notice and time to export your data.
Disclaimers
Floe is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and no warranty about AI answers, which are generated and can be wrong.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Arisyn Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data where you did not keep your own copy. Our total liability for a claim about Floe is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty US dollars, whichever is greater.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in whichArisyn Studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
