Questions

Does Floe have to stay open?

No. The Live Activity starts by itself when a focus block starts and keeps counting down on the Lock Screen while Floe is closed.

Can I control the timer from the Lock Screen?

Yes. Pause or resume, add five minutes, or finish the block with the buttons beside the countdown, without unlocking into Floe.

How do I turn it off?

In Floe, go to Profile → Live Activity. You can also switch Live Activities off for Floe in the iPhone’s Settings.
