Questions
Why does it need Shortcuts?
An iPhone app is not told when another app opens. A personal automation in Shortcuts tells Floe, with the Start and End app session actions.
Is this the same as Screen Time?
No. It is the time between your Opened and Closed automations, kept apart from Screen Time totals.
Which apps can I time?
Any app you add the two automations for: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit and others, or your own named app.
